All of our teaching staff have training and experience in early childhood education and participate in on-going education. All teachers participate in 30 hours of STARS training, 10 yearly STARS training hours, and quarterly in-service trainings provided by City of Seattle and our professional development coach. We also have an early childhood staff trainer, a consulting nurse, and assistant teachers from the University of Washington, Seattle University, and Seattle Pacific University.
